Automobile Accidents

Vehicle and Commercial Wrecks

Over the years, Burwell Nebout Trial Lawyers, LLP has handled thousands of serious injury or death cases involving automobiles and commercial vehicles. Burwell Nebout Trial Lawyers proudly owns the largest verdict in Liberty County history for a teenager who was rendered brain damaged as a result of an automobile wreck.

Burwell Nebout Trial Lawyers has continued to achieve excellent results for our clients in cases of wrongful death and serious injury resulting from traffic accidents. Experience has shown that the sooner we become involved in a case, the more successful we can be. Early involvement allows our in house investigator and team of experts to canvass the scene of the accident, preserve evidence and reconstruct the accident to show clearly what went wrong. This puts us in the strongest possible position to negotiate a settlement or to win a jury verdict.
